I think that the transition from the brighter focused area to the darker area to the right of the man with the dog is a little to defined. It takes more of a definite rounded shape where as the transition from light to dark on the left side of the picture is more gradual which makes it more believable. I'm not sure if you wanted there to be more light on the foreground of the man running, but there is--maybe you'd want to even them out and make the picture more symmetrical.. just a thought. It's a great picture though! and I think you did well with the contrasts and filtering.
